How do I input a ROI?

RealEstateCritic is not designed to let you input a ROI. However, RealEstateCritic does calculate ROI based on your property data input. There is an output report called “Rate of Return” (also known as ROI) which calculates your expected rate of return based on your property data input and displays it graphically over a few years. You can select this report from the “--- select a report ---“ pull down menu.
