Can I analyze a condo or a multi-family property?

This real estate investment software is generic enough to be able to analyze residential rental property from single-family houses, to condominiums, to multi-family. Condominiums are very similar to Single-Family properties in terms of how you enter data into the input form. When analyzing a multi-family property, simply combine the square footage, rents, and expenses and enter those total values into the input form.
