The expense increase field of the Data Input Form is provided as part of the Market Assumptions to allow you to analyze the impact of increased expenses to your NOI and cash flow. As you gain more experienced as a landlord you will get a better feel for how much your expenses increase on an annual basis. In order to estimate your expected expenses rate, check with local property managers or your local rental property association.
