Changing The Down Payment

You do not directly enter the down payment amount. Your down payment is the result of a real-time calculation based upon the mortgage amount which you enter in the debt service section. For your benefit, the down payment is shown both as a dollar ($) amount and as a percentage (%) of the purchase price. By changing the mortgage amount and you will see how much of a down payment will be required.
